Fred Waring Licensed Real Estate Sales Person 845-464-5263

Fred Waring III is the grandson of the Big Band leader, Congressional Gold Medal recipient and inventor of the Waring blender. After graduating high school in 1976, Fred spent the next 20 years in the music business. He toured the country as a drummer for various acts including popular Broadway show bands.

In 1990, Fred became a Real Estate agent in NY and has been licensed ever since. He has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction, corporate and estate property management with a special interest in the rehabilitation of 19th century farm houses.

In 2002, the Fred Waring Foundation was formed to support orphans and street children in Cambodia. Each year hundreds of orphans are required to leave their orphanages once they reach the age of 18 or when they are finished with high school. The problem is most of them have nowhere to go and no family. There are thousands of young adults constantly facing this problem. Fred's mission is to build centers that will incorporate housing, vocational training, manufacturing, farming and recreation. Young adults would be eligible to stay at the center until they received the proper training. They could then seek employment or choose to continue their education. Fred plans to continue his mission in Cambodia and later expand into other countries.
